Only valid driving license holders can hire a Vehicle . A copy of the same has to be submitted at the time of hiring a Vehicle .
The bike will be rented out only to the person holding a valid driving license, and if the person allows any other person who does not have a valid driving license to ride the bike, the risk and responsibility shall be of the person whose name bike has been rented out.
I understand that if the bike/helmet gets stolen or damaged during my/our possession, I will be responsible for the loss.
The company will not be liable to pay any compensation to the person/taking the bike or his/her associate involved in an accident resulting in physical injury or death.
In case there is any mechanical problem particularly (the internal engine) the company will be responsible for the bike. Rest all the responsibilities lies with the person renting the bike.
There will be no refund (or any refund policy in case of cancellation due to weather conditions) once the bike is rented out.
The client shall be liable to pay for any damages incurred on a vehicle during the period of hire.
The client will be liable to pay for any penalty for violation of traffic rules envisaged in the J&K Motor Vehicle s Act as amended occasionally.
Legal action shall be initiated against anyone indulging in larceny, mischief, or vandalism.
The client shall be liable to pay for any exigent or non-exigent delay in the return of Vehicle s.
The client shall be responsible for his/her safety. No indemnity shall be provided even under circumstances arising out of the malfunctioning of the Vehicle .
All hiring charges have to be paid in cash at the time of hiring a Vehicle . There is no provision for paying in installments.
The hiring amount and refundable security deposit are to be paid in full when the Vehicle s are hired.
Any damage to the vehicle or use or loss of spare parts shall be deducted from the advance security payment on the return of the Vehicle. In order to secure a vehicle for your travel requirements it is essential to pre-book and pre-pay a holding fee of
Rs 5,000/- per Vehicle , this is adjusted against the customer’s rental charge.
In case of a breakdown of a Vehicle , the rider has to bear the transportation charges of the vehicle and has to ensure that the vehicle is received by the Kashmir Travelogue.
The customer shall be liable to pay for the cancellation of bookings of another customer due to delay in returning the bike/s on the agreed day and date. The defaulting Customer shall have to pay the full booking amount of the customer.
The Customer will have 20km of free testing of the bike. If there is any mechanical problem or the bike is not road worthy we will replace the bike or refund the whole amount as per the agreement, afterwards, it is the customer’s responsibility for the maintenance of the bike.
You are responsible for the daily maintenance of the bike during the period of hire, you are required to check oil levels, chain tension, Tyre pressures, and battery water levels, and ensure that all nuts and bolts are tight.
